For 2 to 5 people – 2-bedroom cottage on Old Dock Road about an 8-minute walk to the Inn. Has a main bedroom with king bed and a/c; a very small bedroom with bunk beds and a/c; a small kitchenette/living room area with full sized refrigerator; a full bath; and an enclosed porch with a daybed.

For 2 to 5 people – small 2-bedroom cottage located on Old Dock Road, about a 6- to 7-minute  walk to the Inn. Has a main bedroom with king bed and a/c; a small bedroom with two twins and a/c; a combination kitchenette/living room with full sized refrigerator and loveseat; a full bath; and a large sunroom/screened porch that includes small dining table with chairs and twin daybed.

For 6 to 8 people- large 4-bedroom, 3-bath cottage located on Old Dock Road. About a 6- minute walk to the Inn. Has a main bedroom with king bed and private bath; bedroom with queen bed and private bath; living room with sofa and fireplace; a full kitchen with full sized refrigerator and dining area; large room with 2 twin beds (and room for a roll-away or crib); sun room with daybed with a trundle bed and sleeper loveseat/sofa; and a 3rd full bath in the hall. The living room, kitchen, and sunporch all have wood flooring. An open deck is off the dining room and sunroom. Cottage has central air throughout and a washer and dryer located in the basement.

The first floor has a main bedroom with king bed and a/c; a small bedroom with twin bed and a/c; a living room with fireplace and sofa; a kitchenette with dining area and under the counter refrigerator; a full bath; and screened porch (these rooms are wheelchair accessible). The second floor has a bedroom with two twin beds and a/c.

For 4 to 6 people – small 3-bedroom cottage located on Old Dock Road about a 6-minute walk to  the Inn. Has a main bedroom with king bed and a/c; a  bedroom with bunk beds and a/c; a bedroom with one twin bed (with space for a crib or rollaway) and a/c; a living room with sofa; a kitchenette including a full sized refrigerator; a full bath; and a large sunroom with a daybed that serves as a screened porch. Wood flooring in the living room and kitchen area.

For 4 to 5 people – small 3-bedroom cottage on Old Dock Road about a 5-minute walk to the Inn.  Has a main bedroom with king bed, fireplace and a/c; a small bedroom with bunk beds, and another small bedroom  with a single twin bed (or where crib can be added, but tight squeeze for both) and a/c; a kitchenette with breakfast bar and full sized refrigerator; a small sitting area with loveseat and matching chair; a full bath; and a glassed in porch with a sitting area including a full-size couch, dining table, chairs and separate entrance. Also includes an open deck and washer and dryer.

For 6 to 8 people- 4-bedroom, 2-bath, 2-story cottage located on Old Dock Rd. Next to McGlynn, about an 8-minute walk to the Inn. First floor has a living room with a gas fireplace and sofa; a main bedroom with a king bed, a/c and full bath with tub/shower; a kitchen with an island and full size refrigerator; and a screened porch. Living room, kitchen, and main bedroom all have wood flooring. Second floor has two bedrooms with two twin beds and a/c; one bedroom with a king bed and a/c; and a full bath with shower upstairs. Includes washer and dryer on the first floor.

For 5 to 8 people – large 4-bedroom, 2-bath, single story cottage on Old Dock Road. About an 8-minute walk to the Inn. Has a bedroom with king bed, sitting area, a/c, and full bath; a bedroom with queen bed and a/c; bedroom with two twin beds; bedroom with bunk beds; a kitchenette including a full sized refrigerator; a 2nd full bath; and an open deck. Ideal for a larger family or two small families to share.

For 5 to 7 people –3-bedroom, 2 bath, 2-story cottage on Old Dock Rd about a 4-minute walk to the Inn. First floor has a large living room with fireplace and full-sized sleeper sofa and loveseat; a small main bedroom with queen bed and a/c; a kitchen/dining area with a full sized refrigerator; a full bath; and a screened porch. Second floor has 2 bedrooms, each with two twin beds and a/c; and a full bath with shower stall (but no tub). Can be occupied by two families.

For 6 to 8 people- 4-bedroom, 2 ½ bath, 2-story cottage next to Winnie’s. About a  For 6 to 8 people- 4-bedroom, 2 ½ bath, 2-story cottage next to Winnie’s. About a 3-minute walk to the Inn. Main floor has a main bedroom with a king bed and a/c; two bedrooms with two twin beds and a/c (twins can be pushed together to make a king); a living room with a daybed; a kitchenette with full sized fridge; full bath; and a half bath; and a washer and dryer. Even though this is on the main floor, there are only three stairs to enter the accommodation because it’s built into a hillside. Lower level has an additional bedroom with two twin beds and a/c; a bath with a stand up shower; and an open outside deck.

For 4 to 6 people – 4-bedroom, 2-bath, single story cottage on Old Dock Rd. Has a main bedroom with king bed, a/c and private full bath (where washer and dryer is located); a bedroom a queen bed, a twin bed and a/c; a small bedroom with a twin bed at the main entrance; a large sun porch with windows/screens that has a daybed and twin bed; a living room with sofa; a kitchen with a full sized refrigerator; and a 2nd full bath off the sun porch.

For 5 to 8 people – 3-bedroom, 2 full bath, 2-story cottage located on Old Dock Road. About a 4-minute walk to the Inn. First floor has a main bedroom with a king bed and a/c; a large living room with fireplace and loveseat; a kitchenette with dining area and full sized refrigerator; a full bath; and a screened porch. Second floor has two bedrooms each with two twin beds with a/c (a crib or rollaway can be added to either bedroom); wide hallway between bedrooms and full bath (no tub, but a stand up shower). Can be occupied by two small families. Living room and kitchen have wood floors while bedrooms are carpeted.

For 3 to 5 people – small 2-bedroom cottage about a 2 minute walk to the Inn. Has a main bedroom with king bed and a/c; second bedroom with bunk beds, a twin bed and a/c; living room with a fireplace, wood flooring, and a kitchenette along one wall with an under the counter refrigerator; a full bath; and a screened porch. Parents of small children should note that the cottage is close to the road

For 3 to 5 people –2-bedroom suite about a 3-minute walk to the Inn. Has a main bedroom with king bed and a/c; a bedroom with twin beds and a/c; a living room with a fireplace and loveseat; a small walk through kitchenette with an under the counter fridge; a full bath; and a screened porch with private entrance.  Shares a main entrance hallway with Partridge II.

For 3 to 5 people – 2-bedroom suite about a 3-minute walk to the Inn. Has a large main bedroom with king bed and a/c; a bedroom with bunk beds, a twin bed and a/c; a living room with a fireplace and a/c; a small kitchenette with an under the counter refrigerator; a full bath; and a screened porch off the living room.  Shares an entrance hallway with Partridge I.
